Brittanie began her trajectory by building a multimillion dollar rental business from scratch to complement selling real estate during the recession. Brittanie embraces technology to create a smooth and efficient buying and selling process and has been the top producing broker for Douglas Elliman in Colorado for the last few years.

In our conversation we covered how diversifying your real estate business with different types of transactions can grow your business. We also talked about the importance of checking all the boxes from a digital marketing standpoint but it’s easy to spend too much time chasing the next trending platform like TikTok and Clubhouse. Lastly we talked about having a strong referral network, both from your existing client base and brokers from key feeder markets, is the most important marketing tactic for generating business.
