Steven Shane is consistently one of the top brokers in the Roaring Fork Valley and has closed more than a billion dollars in sales over the last 10 years. Since moving to the region over 25-years ago, he has leveraged his expertise and integrity to grow his personal client base and started Shane Aspen Real Estate. In April of 2016, he partnered with Compass Real Estate in an effort to provide his clientele with the benefits associated with the company’s technology, marketing expertise, and global reach. He is a passionate proponent of the Aspen community, a strong believer in giving back, and aspires to share everything he loves about Aspen with others.

In our conversation we discussed the importance of playing by the rules when you’re a well-known person in the community, even if that means forgoing a large commission.
